What is Xylar 2 ?
Xylar 2 is an inorganic ceramic-metallic basecoat and can be used with or without a Xylan topcoat. It can last for more than 5000 hours when combined with a Xylan topcoat.
Xylar 2 also can based with xylar 101 coating,which is a sealer/topcoat that enhances the corrosion resistance of Xylar® 2. It is a dense, clear film that fills any surface pores on Xylar® 2 and together they represent a breakthrough in coating technology – a thin-film barrier with extreme corrosion resistance.

Xylan 1070 is an Organic solvent based, low friction coating for stud bolts. As a PTFE coating, also called fluoropolymer coating.The stud bolt with xylan 1070 coated has much high corrosion resistance to oxidation and high temperatures.
