Incoloy 800HT Stud Bolt UNS N08811 Hex bolt

China manufacturer of Incoloy 800HT Stud Bolt UNS N08811 Hex bolt

INCOLOY alloys 800H and 800HT have significantly higher creep and rupture strength than INCOLOY alloy 800.

Alloy 800HT / Incoloy 800HT is a controlled composition derivative of INCOLOY® alloy 800H (UNS N08810) and is used for the same creep resistant applications, however the combined effects of mechanical and thermal processing of the alloy permit higher design stresses to be incorporated than are permitted for the conventional alloy.

Alloy 800 HT also known as 1.4959,which  is an austenitic high-strength solid-solution nickel-iron-chromium alloy.

Good resistance to reducing, oxidizing and nitriding atmospheres. Metallurgical stability in long-term application at high temperatures.

Incoloy 800HT composition

Element Content (approx.)
Nickel (Ni) 30.0 – 35.0%
Chromium (Cr) 19.0 – 23.0%
Iron (Fe) Balance (rest of alloy)
Carbon (C) 0.05% max
Manganese (Mn) 1.5% max
Silicon (Si) 1.0% max
Titanium (Ti) 0.15 – 0.60%
Aluminum (Al) 0.15% max
Copper (Cu) 0.5% max
Sulfur (S) 0.02% max
Phosphorus (P) 0.02% max

The higher carbon content in Incoloy 800HT improves its high-temperature performance and creep resistance. The addition of titanium stabilizes the alloy against carbide precipitation at elevated temperatures.

Application of Incoloy 800HT  Stud bolt, hex Bolt.

Incoloy 800HT is often used in furnaces, heat treatment systems, and reactor vessels where high temperatures and aggressive environments are present.

Stud bolts made from Incoloy 800HT are used in components like boilers, steam generators, and gas turbines, where they are subjected to high-temperature stresses and require high creep resistance.

Used in equipment like heat exchangers, piping, and valves exposed to high-temperature corrosive conditions in refineries and chemical processing plants.

incoloy 800HT is often utilized in nuclear reactors and other high-temperature equipment in power plants due to its ability to resist neutron bombardment and high temperatures.

PTFE coated Incoloy 800HT Stud Bolt

Fluoropolymer coatings (e.g., PTFE) can be applied to Incoloy 800HT stud bolts for additional chemical resistance or non-stick properties
