Hastelloy B2 (also known as “Alloy B2”), is a solid solution strengthened nickel-molybdenum alloy with low addition of carbon, silicon & iron.
UNS N10665 is a nickel-molybdenum alloy particularly suited for equipment handling reducing chemical environments . Applications in the chemical process industry involving sulfuric, phosphoric, hydrochloric and acetic acid.
Hastelloy B-2 stud bolts are ideal for use in applications where corrosion resistance is the highest priority, especially in environments involving harsh acids, high-temperature processes, and where the mechanical performance of the fastener is critical

- Excellent corrosion resistance to reducing environments.

- Excellent resistance to chloride ion reduction stress corrosion cracking (SCC).
- Excellent resistance to corrosion by various organic acids.
