UNS S32760 is a super duplex stainless steel, also known as Zeron 100. It is available as solid bar, plate, pipe, fittings, forgings and castings. When specifying castings, the nearest equivalent specifications are ASTM A890, ASTM A995 and ASME SA351/995 grade CD3MWCuN or 6A, also written as J93380 or 25Cr-7Ni-Mo-N.
Xylan® 1014 is a low friction metal coating, similar to Xylan® 1010, but contains a higher percentage of bonding resin which allows it to provide a less porous, more abrasive-resistant, glossy finish
Xylan 1014 is Solvent-borne, resin bonded high temperature resistant coating, formulated to prevent corrosion and reduce coefficient of friction. Contains a lower ratio of PTFE compared to bonding resin relative to Xylan 1010, as well as a less porous surface & improved hardness

UNS S32760 is a duplex stainless steel especially designed for service in aggressive chloride-containing environments and has additions of W and Cu compared to UNS S32750. It has very good resistance to localized corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in combination with high mechanical strength.

ZERON® 100 is a highly alloyed super duplex stainless steel for use in aggressive environments. Its combination of properties makes the alloy the optimum choice in many markets.
The alloy has outstanding resistance against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking and sulphide-stress cracking in sour-gas conditions. With a PREN above 40, ZERON® 100 has superior crevice corrosion resistance in seawater applications.
ZERON® 100 is highly resistant to corrosion in a wide range of organic and inorganic acids. The copper content gives ZERON® 100 excellent resistance to corrosion in many non-oxidising acids including most concentrations of sulphuric acid.
