The N08926 Round Bar (UNS N08926 / 1.4529) is a high-performance super austenitic stainless steel alloy designed to withstand aggressive corrosive and high-temperature conditions. With 6% molybdenum and enhanced nitrogen content, this round bar is ideal for critical applications in chemical processing, offshore engineering, and oil & gas industries.

Incoloy 926 NAS255NM (UNS N08926 equivalent) is a high corrosion resistant stainless steel with high contents of chromium and molybdenum, and provides excellent corrosion resistance under severe environments such as high temperature seawater and flue gas desulfurization plants.

1.4529 grade is high alloyed stainless steel with an austenitic structure, which can be classified as nickel alloys (according to American standards).

Delivered in the supersaturated state exhibits resistance to intercrystalline, pitting, and stress corrosion, salt, sea water, chloride, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and other aggressive chemicals in high concentrations in liquid and gaseous form.

Materials of 1.4529 grade, except high chemical resistance, can work at elevated temperatures while maintaining adequate mechanical properties.

ASTM A276 UNS N08926 is a material grade specification for cold-finished or hot-finished bars in N08926 stainless steel, available in form of rounds, square, hexagons and other hot rolled extruded shapes.
